Fitness Benefit
Starting November 1, 2025
your fitness benefit will be administered by NationsBenefits.
Your card will be loaded with $40 each month. You can use this card to purchase eligible fitness products and services. Funds will expire at the end of the month.

To be eligible for this benefit, members must be at least 13 years old and currently enrolled in AlohaCare. Members under the age of 18 will need parent or guardian consent.
To use your fitness funds, you will need to follow a few steps:
Step 1: Activate your fitness funds.
Call the NationsBenefits Call center or log into the NationsBenefits Member Portal to activate your fitness funds (phone number and web address are located below).
Step 2: Wait for funds to load.
It can take up to 48 hours for funds to show on your card. If you do not already have a Prepaid Care Card, one will be mailed to you. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.
Step 3: Activate your Prepaid Care Card before using it.
After your receive your Prepaid Care Card, call the activation number on the card. The card must be activated before you can use it at a participating store or fitness center.
