Welcome to AlohaCare Community Care Services (CCS)

AlohaCare is honored to have been selected by the Hawaiʻi Med-QUEST Division to administer the Community Care Services (CCS) program. AlohaCare will begin administering the CCS program on November 1, 2026.

As a local, nonprofit health plan founded by Hawaiʻi's community health centers, we are excited to welcome CCS members, providers, case managers, and community partners into the AlohaCare ʻOhana. Together, we look forward to advancing our mission of improving the health and well-being of Hawaiʻi's communities and members covered under the CCS program.

AlohaCare is working together closely with ʻOhana Health Plan and the Med-QUEST Division to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption and continued access to the behavioral health services and support that CCS members rely on. We are grateful for the dedication of Hawaiʻi's behavioral health providers, case management agencies, and community organizations that serve CCS members every day.

For CCS Members

If you are currently enrolled in CCS through ʻOhana Health Plan:
• Your CCS coverage is expected to transition to AlohaCare on November 1, 2026.
• Your behavioral health benefits are not changing, and you will continue to receive the care, services, and support you need.
• Your welcome packet and member ID card will be mailed to you the week of October 15th.
• You do not need to take any action at this time.

For Providers and Community Partners

We are grateful for the dedication of Hawaiʻi's behavioral health providers, case management agencies, and community organizations that serve CCS members every day.

ʻOhana Health Plan will continue administering the CCS program through October 31, 2026. At this time, there are no changes to claims submission, reimbursement processes, care coordination activities, or existing points of contact. Providers and community partners should continue working with ʻOhana Health Plan until notified of future changes.

AlohaCare is excited to partner with providers and community organizations across the state to strengthen access to high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services for CCS members. Additional transition information will be shared as it becomes available.
