IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE:
The state government office that oversees QUEST Integration announced important changes to its Medicaid eligibility review process.
Terminations (ending your Medicaid coverage) have been paused through the end of 2023 EXCEPT for those who voluntarily ask the Med-QUEST office to end their coverage, move out of state or pass away.
There may be special exceptions for Maui residents who have moved out of state, and we will update this alert accordingly.

Resources to Stay Healthy

AlohaCare has an array of services to help you stay healthy, prevent illness, or manage your risk for illness. Your Lead Care Manager and other care team staff can help coordinate your care, help you manage medical conditions, and refer you to appropriate programs that may benefit your health and wellness.

Our Population Health programs offer tools and education in various forms of communication to best fit your needs: interactive text messaging/voice recording, email, websites/member portals, and mailings. We also have a special program, called Service Coordination. This program is especially useful if you have multiple medical conditions or if you have recently experienced a major challenge to your health.

If you would like to join one of these programs, you or your caregiver can call us at 808-973-0712 (O`ahu) or toll-free at 1-877-973-0712. TTY users call 1-877-447-5990.
