When you choose AlohaCare, you join a QUEST Integration health plan deeply rooted in Hawai`i’s communities. We’re more than just a community health plan. We’re your neighbor. We understand your unique challenges and work hard to connect you to what matters most. We provide care with aloha for you and your family.

Did You Know?

AlohaCare provides comprehensive medical coverage and then goes beyond the medical setting to support you. We call this whole person care. Providing whole person care means we find ways to support you with other issues that affect your health. This can be things like making sure you have food to eat; a safe place to live; opportunities to stay active; or emotional and social support.

We believe in culturally responsive care. This means we listen and learn about the health beliefs, practices, and cultural and language needs of our communities. Then we partner with community providers to create benefits and services that meet the diverse needs of our communities and support your health in ways that work well for you.

24 Hour Pharmacy Customer Service Support & Delivering Medicines to Your Door

We have a wide variety of pharmacy services to help you stay healthy. You can save time by getting a 90-day supply of the medicine you take regularly mailed to your home. You won’t have to go to the pharmacy each month. And, our pharmacy customer service can help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Providing Support in Your Neighborhood

You can get support from the health coordination team to assist you with managing your health. They live in your neighborhood and have in-depth healthcare knowledge and innovative tools to link you to resources and providers.

Always Available Care:  AlohaCare Telehealth Connect

AlohaCare Telehealth Connect  allows you to visit with a doctor on your own schedule, 24/7 (including holidays). Video doctor visits are a great way to get care anytime, anywhere using your smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam. Doctors can assess your condition, provide a treatment plan, and send prescriptions to the pharmacy you select.

Coordinating Community Support for You

We support your whole health. Through a program called Unite Hawai‘i, our team can work with community partners to coordinate non-medical services too. Services offered include housing assistance; individual and family support; clothing and household goods; employment; money management; utilities; legal assistance; and more.

Building Healthy Communities

With our community partners, we are working to expand broadband and telehealth services. We awarded college scholarships statewide; supported food distributions and EBT use at farmers’ markets; and engaged in state policies that increase access to quality healthcare. Our community grants program, Imua Loa (go forward in health and well-being), continues to fund organizations doing profound work for the health of their communities.
