Primary Care Provider (PCP)
As our member, you have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) within our network of providers. You must get your routine or basic care from your PCP. Your PCP will coordinate the rest of the covered services you receive as a member. 
 
Network Providers

A “network” provider is a provider that participates in our plan. As a member of AlohaCare Advantage Plus (HMO D-SNP), you must use network providers to get your medical care and services. Network providers are the doctors and other health care professionals, medical groups, durable medical equipment suppliers, hospitals and other health care facilities that have an agreement with us to accept our payment and any plan cost-sharing as payment in full. We have arranged for these providers to deliver covered services to members in our plan. An out-of-network provider should be used only in specific cases, such as emergencies, or when authorized by the plan.
