IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE:
The state government office that oversees QUEST Integration announced important changes to its Medicaid eligibility review process.
Terminations (ending your Medicaid coverage) have been paused through the end of 2023 EXCEPT for those who voluntarily ask the Med-QUEST office to end their coverage, move out of state or pass away.
There may be special exceptions for Maui residents who have moved out of state, and we will update this alert accordingly.

What are Value-Added Services?

Value-Added Services (VAS) are benefits AlohaCare provides to members that are part of the QUEST Integration program. AlohaCare believes in "whole person" care, which means we look for ways to support members' medical, behavioral, emotional, and social goals. There are no out-of-pocket costs for members.
