Health Professionals/Clinical Operations
Employees in this career area have experience caring and interacting with members. Care Coordination, Behavioral Health, and Disease Management are a few departments in this area. They directly assist members with coordinating care and promoting health and wellness.
Business Professionals
In this career area of AlohaCare, employees work to keep day-to-day business up and running. Included, are departments like Information Systems, Communications and Public Relations and Office Administration. These professionals work on both internal and external projects to promote AlohaCare as a business and in the community.
Plan Operations
Keeping track of over 75,000 members requires a lot of paperwork and organization. The Plan Operations career area includes departments like Customer Service, Claims, Enrollment, Contracts and Credentialing and many more departments. Employees in this area help to administer AlohaCare plan services to our members and providers.
